I had such a great experience at Redmond Ridge Eye Care. I came in because the arm on my glasses had... Show More broken, and unfortunately this was the second time I’d had an issue with the same style of frame. It turns out there seems to be an issue with that particular frame. Faith was absolutely amazing. She immediately took care of the situation and told me to choose a completely different frame at no additional cost, and that they would sort everything out for me. No hassle, no making me feel like I was being difficult, just genuinely wonderful customer service. It’s so refreshing when a business stands behind what they sell and makes things right.
