Vanessa Michel, OD was raised in Spokane, Washington. She received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Eastern Washington University in 1999. She then moved to Chicago, Illinois, where she completed her Doctor of Optometry Degree from Illinois College of Optometry in 2004.
Dr. Michel has extensive experience in family eye care, including pediatric eye examinations, contact lens fitting, eye surgery co-management and adult eye care. She also received training in Chicago in the areas of geriatric eye care and ocular disease management. This broad range of expertise sets her apart among other optometrists. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Optometric Physicians of Washington.
She spends her free time with her husband and their young son and also enjoys running, horseback riding, and taking her dog to the park.

Mark has been with Redmond Ridge Eye Care since 2006. His *Juilliard School of Opticianry training and 35 years of licensed experience provide him with a unique perspective in the eyewear field. His professional, personalized consultation makes selecting the perfect eyewear fun! And his knowledge of ever-changing frame and lens technologies will guide you to the perfect pair.
Brianna has been with the Redmond Ridge Eye Care since 2010. She graduated from the University of Washington and has worked in the eye care industry for four years. If you have any questions regarding insurance billing or payments, she is here to help you!
Michele is the newest member of our team. She is just beginning in the eye care industry but has she has experience in management and fashion and is putting those skills to great use in our office!
